Introduction: Beauty has been interpreted in many ways since time immemorial. Many opinions have been sent across and criticisms on their take on this abstract measurement have been heard by the masses. ââ¬Å"Beauty is skin deep.â⬠ââ¬Å"True Beauty lies on the inside.â⬠Beauty is celebrated in ways that define the structure of societies. A whole system and society had been designed on the foundation of Beauty at one time. Even though the interpretations and criticism of beauty has remained more or less fundamental and unchanged over the years, the physical definition of Beauty has been morosely dynamic through times. When one considers the physical aspect of Beauty, we consider a number of variables to be taken into account while defining what oneâ⬠¦show more contentâ⬠¦These redeeming qualities, amongst a vast pool, are the reason for people constantly striving for self-beautification and aestheticism. But, as we all know, or learn eventually in life, nothing remains true to i ts nature. Nothing is fully right or wrong. The world is not made up of just plain black or white. There is enmesh of the two; a gray area where things are not as simple as either right or wrong, true or false. This composite rule of nature is present in the art of Beauty and aesthetics. So, naturally, there is a grim and dark side to this art. The negative affluence that arises from appreciating beauty and objectifying someone or something for their physical appeal is the main focus of the dynamism and transitivity of this said art. Negative qualities such as Narcissism, Egotism, Vanity and Self-absorption are the side-effects of having an inclination for Beauty. We can see that with Aestheticism, one rely on the invocation of the sensuousness of a person rather than the moral and sentimental appeal; what lies on the surface is appreciated and celebrated. This tradition of directing the perspective of how one sees Art and beauty and how one is to be molded to the trends and dictio n of the society is highly debatable. Be specific and explain every point with clarity. A sentence like The evils of the society will affect our resources negatively will end up ruining your essay. Your readers will want to know what evils? What resources? Which societies? Remember your readers want to know exactly what it is you are trying to put across. All your points should be clear. 4. Avoid using complex words Most students end up using complex words with the aim of trying to sound smart. Inappropriately elevated language can end up in nouns getting used as verbs. Instead of sounding smart, you end making a fool out of yourself. If you find yourself adding words just to sound smart, consider revising your essay. 5. Since the boy was to be executed if found guilty his life was now in the hands of the jury and juror #8 reasoned that the least they could do was to talk about the case a bit. In addition, juror #8, no matter how emotional the discussion got he always kept his cool and had his task in mind. Juror #8 tried to do his best even when the odds were against him. He used logic to examine all the witnessesââ¬â¢ testimony. One of his most effective strategies was to keep on reminding the group they must acquit if they had any à ¢â¬Ëreasonable doubtââ¬â¢. And notice that juror #8 set aside the prejudice remarks that were made by the other jurors. He did not even considered them to be relevant to the case. If management continues its current trend I believe that they can sustain their position, although there are challenges posed by the Japanese firms and changes in Ducati itself can also play a role in their ability to maintain their growth and position as the high end advanced sport bikes. Ducatiââ¬â¢s decision to move from a mechanical company to an entertainment company could be the source of its success or its failure. The company to this point in 2001 had become known for their exotic engineering and design, focusing on beating the completion by any means, even if it involved producing a bike that many might call ugly or not the traditional motorcycle, so Ducati was running the risk of turning away the very customers and removing the image that had built them to the company they had become. But the decision made by Minoli, to become more of an entertainment company and to produce products that could be attractable by a wider variety of customers could also spur growth and market share that the company desperately wanted and needed if it was going to continue to compete with the Japanese bikes. I believe that if the management at Ducati can continue to make this ââ¬Å"turnaroundâ⬠hold and follow through with the goals laid out in it, then yes they can sustain their position, although any deviation or getting lack in the respects of implementing these long term goals will in my opinion hurt them greatly, for it is the image and the brand that Ducati represents that makes their products wanted. If they try too hard to copy the functions and company structure of competitors they very well may be destroying their core competitive advantage of image and product uniqueness. Japanese manufactures have been pushing hard in the sport market and have the capital and business structure to make a full fledge effort to take market share in the sport division. Honda and others have the ability to mimic the aspects of Ducati that have made them so revered by customers (mainly new technology and exotic styling) while still maintain their reliability and cost advantage. They will still continue to struggle with the ââ¬Å"cookie cutterâ⬠image that has plagued them throughout their history, and I believe that if they can try to separate products in their sport division and create the image of uniqueness and exoticness that people associate with Ducati, then they definitely can pose a serious threat.
